Jiu-Jitsu (GI)

Led by experienced professors, this class is broken into technique work (utilizing the traditional jiu-jitsu gi) and live sparring.

Jiu-Jitsu (NO GI)

This class focuses on techniques that do not rely on the jiu-jitsu gi. It is split into technique work and live sparring.

Boxing/Kickboxing

Work with pro fighter, Renato Valente, to finesse your skills while getting an intense cardio workout. This class is suitable for all levels.
